The walk
The easternmost tip of Long Island. Trail loops around the 1796 lighthouse, past Oyster Pond, and down to a pebble beach where harbor seals haul out in winter. This is where the Paumanok Path ends.
Access & parking
NY-27 to its literal eastern terminus at the Montauk Point State Park entrance.
Parking: Montauk Point State Park fee lot, $10 in season.
